Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Accompanies prospects to model or available units and discusses size and layout of rooms, facilities, and terms of lease.
• Enters prospect and applicant information into Property Management software and uses reports to monitor closing ratios.
• Collects rent deposits and rents; maintains resident files and move-ins/outs.
• Provides administrative and support assistance to site office and Property Manager.
