Job summary

Yellow Tree, a Minneapolis-based real estate development, construction, and property management firm, is seeking a multi-site Leasing Agent to manage leasing operations at two Class-A, market-rate communities in Minneapolis. You will collaborate with our property management and marketing teams to develop strategic leasing plans.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of leasing experience, is proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiar with Entrata.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leasing multi-family properties.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel; ability to learn property management software.
• Knowledge of Entrata preferred.
• Access to a vehicle and ability to commute between locations.
• Excellent follow-up, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from potential residents via phone, email, and text and schedule tours.
• Conduct property tours to showcase available apartments and facilitate the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate records of all traffic and enter data into Entrata daily.
• Educate potential residents on leasing advantages, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Ensure market-ready apartments meet standards and conduct regular walk-throughs.
• Stay informed on market trends and recommend strategic pricing.
• Develop outreach and employer relationship-building within the local community.
