FLATS is seeking a Leasing Agent in Chicago, IL to be the first brand touchpoint for prospective residents. You will guide applicants from initial contact to move-in, delivering a concierge-level leasing experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes closing leases, meeting targets, and maintaining strong resident relationships. A valid Illinois leasing license is preferred; the position requires weekend availability and a customer-first mindset.
