Lifestyle Communities is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to drive leasing activity at our property. You will present models, discuss living options, and guide prospective residents through the application and renewal processes.

The role requires excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills, with attention to fair housing practices and weekend availability as needed. This is a non-exempt, on-site position.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide leasing production and sales at assigned community.
• Give luxury apartment tours and close leases when possible.
• Assist with new lease applications and renewal processes.
• Follow up on resident questions and coordinate service needs.
