ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our 427-unit Class A luxury property in downtown Miami. You will lease apartments, conduct tours, and nurture relationships with residents to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include marketing, screening applicants, negotiating leases, and collaborating with the property manager and team to meet leasing goals. A valid driver’s license and weekend availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and prepare lease paperwork.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries to drive leasing activity.
• Market properties and promote vacancies to maximize occupancy.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and assist with marketing initiatives.
• Explain lease policies and assist with move-in processes.
