The role blends operations, sales, and horticultural expertise in a fast-paced environment, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, with potential commission bringing total compensation to $115,000+.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience with estate gardening and client interaction.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation with teamwork.
• Customer service oriented with a portfolio mindset.
• High safety standards and professional conduct.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with high-satisfaction clients to ensure longevity.
• Generate ideas, estimate, propose and sell enhancement projects for properties.
• Coordinate maintenance and enhancement work with operations for your portfolio.
• Procure materials and supplies for crews and clients as necessary.
• Manage portfolio finances including billing and collections.
• Ensure accurate paperwork for crew time sheets and subcontractor invoices.
• Ensure smooth transition from construction to maintenance.
