Job summary

Business Resources One seeks a highly coachable and motivated Residential Landscape Account Manager based in Whitehouse Station, NJ. You will oversee a portfolio of luxury properties, ensuring impeccable landscape presentation and long-term plant health, while being mentored by senior staff.

You will manage 100–150 properties for 20–30 top-tier clients, conduct site visits, and coordinate with teams to maintain aesthetic standards, driving retention and relationship value.

Qualifications

• Must have foundational background in residential landscape management or horticulture.
• Knowledge of plant identification and seasonal care requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across channels.
• Strong organizational discipline with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up items.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of approximately 100 to 150 properties, delivering high-touch interactions for 20 to 30 top-tier clients.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess landscape conditions, service quality, and seasonal needs.
• Identify potential issues and presentation gaps proactively, addressing them before homeowners request assistance.
• Coordinate with field teams and external vendors to ensure work meets aesthetic standards.
• Drive property enhancement opportunities by making horticultural recommendations.
• Lead quarterly reviews and seasonal planning conversations to secure account retention and grow long-term relationship value.
