Qualifications

• Proven experience in client service or account management in luxury services.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance, or luxury outdoor spaces.
• Experience using CRM systems to track client history and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain primary client contact and ensure needs are met or exceeded.
• Coordinate with maintenance crews and operations to execute plans.
• Provide expert guidance on plant care and seasonal enhancements to clients.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and advocate for client priorities within the team.
