Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive a culture of continuous learning across the property. You will partner with department leaders to identify learning needs, design and implement development programs, benchmark outcomes, and manage calendars, budgets and resources to support growth and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a management role.
• Experience in adult education, training, learning and development (L&D).
• Experience in hotel operations, preferably luxury hospitality or service-focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams across cultures and backgrounds.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Passion for developing people and creating exceptional employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate core training programs for new employees and managers.
• Benchmark learning outcomes, conduct needs analyses, and develop innovative learning solutions.
• Oversee training calendars, budgets, resources, and program effectiveness.
• Partner with hotel leadership to identify and address performance gaps through training.
• Coach managers to ensure consistent learning across departments.
• Support compliance and safety training across the property.
• Assist managers with development plans and structured programs for college recruits.
