Job summary

Four Seasons Miami is hiring a Learning & Development Specialist to elevate service quality across the property. You will partner with managers to identify learning gaps, create training plans, and ensure onboarding and ongoing development for all colleagues.

You will maintain and update service training manuals, coach departmental trainers, and measure program impact to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of operational hospitality experience.
• Willingness to adhere to Four Seasons policies and provide professional service.
• Spanish and Creole language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive service quality assurance initiatives and identify learning needs.
• Maintain and update Training programs and onboarding processes.
• Design and implement programs addressing performance gaps.
• Monitor program effectiveness and report results.
