Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience.
• Experience in adult education or similar environment.
• Experience in hotel operations, preferably luxury hospitality or other service environments.
• Experience managing in diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Manage Embark for all new employees and core programs including leadership behaviours and compliance requirements.
• Operational Learning: partner with hotel management to identify performance gaps and plan training activities.
• Management & Leadership training: support 90‑day leadership onboarding and coach management development programs.
• Compliance: handle compliance and safety training related to the property in collaboration with People & Culture or relevant department head.
• General: create annual training calendars, manage budgets, and evaluate learning impact.
