Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Steward who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment that supports our culinary teams and enhances the guest experience. You will clean and sanitize kitchenware, maintain kitchen areas, operate dishwashing equipment, and support the sanitation program while following safety guidelines.

A $1000 gross sign-on bonus is offered after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period; internal applicants within the Four

Qualifications

• Tuberculous clearance card required by Hawaii State Department of Health
• Legal work authorization in United States
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Willingness to learn and support team needs across multiple outlets
• Weekend and holiday availability

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards
• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines
• Assist the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service
