Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Steward to maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment that supports culinary teams and enhances guest experiences.

You will ensure cleanliness and sanitary standards are met across outlets, handling cleaning chemicals safely and maintaining equipment flow to service. The role requires legal US work authorization and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• TB clearance required by Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous clearance when working in food/beverage.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety and organization.
• Willingness to learn and support team needs across multiple outlets.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards.
• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Assist the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service.
