Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Hawaii seeks a Night Steward dedicated to housekeeping excellence and food-safety compliance. You will maintain kitchen cleanliness, support banquet setups, and ensure safe handling of china, glass, and silver.

The role requires US work authorization, a TB clearance, and weekend availability. Training, benefits, and a competitive hourly rate are provided at this luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Hawaii DoH TB clearance required for food/bev roles.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Promote cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain neatness and order of kitchens, back-of-house areas, and storage.
• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver; operate dishwashing equipment.
• Clean ovens, kettles, mixers, and other kitchen equipment; clean drains and floors.
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Set up and operate the silver burnishing machine; sort and transport pieces for repair.
• Store cleaning chemicals safely and use PPE.
• Assist with inventory of china, glass, and silver.
• Support kitchen, events, and buffet setup for functions.
