Qualifications

• High school diploma or culinary training required or equivalent experience.
• Basic culinary knowledge and ability to use common kitchen equipment.
• TB clearance and legal work authorization in United States.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and mise en place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and proper temperature of perishables.
• Support kitchen in multiple stations and adapt as needed.
