Four Seasons Resort Hualalai seeks a Cook 4 who brings passion for excellence and guest-centered service. You will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, follow recipes, and maintain high standards of quality and safety in a busy kitchen.

Expect forty hours weekly with a varied schedule. The role offers a $26.45 hourly rate, a $1000 sign-on bonus after probation, and benefits including an on-site therapist, gym access, paid time off, and meals for staff.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; culinary education preferred.
• Basic culinary knowledge is expected.
• Must obtain Hawaii TB clearance when working in food/beverage.
• Legal US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
• Forty hours over a five-day period; schedule may vary; overtime possible.
• Follow recipes and produce items to standard quality.
• Prepare food items per guest orders and maintain mise en place.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist in maintaining food cost controls and proper stock levels.
