Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Steward who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment that supports our culinary teams and enhances guest experiences. You will help deliver exceptional dining experiences through rigorous cleanliness, safety, and teamwork across outlets.

Earn a $1000 gross sign-on bonus after successful completion of a 90‑day probationary period; internal applicants are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must possess legal work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card per Hawaii Health Department.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and storage spaces.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the sanitation program to ensure health and food-safety standards.
• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies per safety guidelines.

STEWARD

We are seeking a Steward who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment that supports our culinary teams and enhances the overall guest experience.

As a Steward, you play a critical behind-the-scenes role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety ensures our kitchens and restaurants operate at the highest standards across all outlets.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures and equipment


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities


• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently


• Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards


• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines


• Assist the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service

What To Bring

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage


• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States


• A strong work ethic and attention to detail


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
