Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans seeks a Steward to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in our kitchens and heart-of-house areas, ensuring sparkling dishware and smooth operation for the F&B team.

You will work in a fast-paced luxury environment, perform routine cleaning across equipment, floors, and drains, and collaborate with culinary peers while flexible shifts and a welcoming company culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishware and utensils using the dishwashing machine, loading and unloading as needed.
• Clean and sanitize ovens, kettles, mixers and other kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Clean, polish, sort, and transport silver.
• Complete any additional assigned tasks as directed by Stewarding or Hotel leadership.
