Job summary

Wet Willie's is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and dining areas in Silverdale, WA. You will wash dishes, pots, and assist with storage and rotation of food, while following strict sanitary procedures.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working at a fast pace with open availability including nights and weekends. Prior fine or casual dining experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining or casual dining settings.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 50 lbs, stoop, bend in confined spaces, and work at a fast pace.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with good judgment.
• Food workers card required.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing, pot washing, general cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies in designated areas.
• Janitorial duties in dining rooms, bistro and related dining service areas.
• Handle all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and local regulations.
