Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Steward to join our culinary team on Hawaii’s Kona coast. You will uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization, supporting chefs and service throughout all outlets.

Qualifications

• TB clearance required by Hawaii State DOH.
• Must be legally authorized to work in United States.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Willingness to learn and support team needs across multiple outlets.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards.
• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Assist the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service.
