Four Seasons Lanai Resort is seeking a Steward to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen areas and service ware, supporting efficient operations. The role requires legal work authorization in the United States and Hawaii TB clearance.

On-island housing and comprehensive benefits are available. The position honors on-site responsibilities with a 7-days-a-week schedule and physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Hawaii TB clearance requirement
• Hawaii Driver's License and abstract may be required for this role
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Stewards maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and service ware, ensuring items meet quality and safety standards while supporting efficient kitchen operations
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using proper cleaning solutions and procedures
• Manage stewarding carts, remove trash, and clean walk-ins and refrigeration units
• Safely handle, label, and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety standards
