Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Hawaii is seeking a Steward to maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment that supports our culinary teams and elevates the guest dining experience.

Your role includes cleaning, sanitation, and safe handling of chemicals, plus assisting the culinary team to ensure a steady flow of clean equipment across outlets; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Formación

• Must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance card required by Hawaii DOH
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards
• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines
• Assist the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service
