Four Seasons Resort Hualālai in Hawaii seeks a dedicated Steward to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that supports our culinary teams and enhances guest experiences. You will play a critical behind-the-scenes role, ensuring sanitation and safety across outlets.

Qualifications

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Weekend and holiday availability

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards
• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines
• Assist the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service
