Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a dedicated Steward to maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, supporting our culinary teams and enhancing guest experiences.

You will ensure sanitation standards across outlets, operate dishwashing equipment, and help maintain back-of-house areas. A $1,000 gross sign-on bonus applies after 90 days, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• TB clearance required by Hawaii State Department of Health.
• Legal work authorization in United States required.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Willingness to learn and support team across multiple outlets.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards.
• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Assist the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service.
