Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Night Steward to uphold exceptional cleanliness and guest experience. You will maintain kitchen and back‑of‑house areas, sanitize equipment, assist with inventory, and support events with a commitment to safety and the Golden Rule in every interaction.

Applicants must have legal US work authorization and be able to obtain a TB clearance as required by Hawaii health regulations. Weekend availability is required.

Competenze

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage.
• Weekend availability required.

Mansioni

• Promote overall cleanliness, sanitation and compliance with health regulations.
• Maintain neatness and order of kitchens, back of house areas, storage, and dining spaces.
• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine; load/unload and store properly.
• Clean and sanitize ovens, kitchen equipment, drains, floors, and walls.
• Ensure proper handling of silver, including burnishing and transport.
• Safely store cleaning chemicals and use PPE as required.
• Assist with inventory of china, glass, and silver.
• Support Kitchen, Special Events, and Buffet setup for Banquet and Restaurant functions.
