Job summary

The Beverly Hills Hotel, part of Dorchester Collection, seeks a Main Kitchen Cook 3 to join its luxury team. You will prepare ingredients, cook meals, and support service during busy periods while upholding the highest standards of craft and guest experience.

Compensation is $32.04 per hour with strong focus on service excellence, development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits program within our Dorchester Collection hotels.

Qualifications

• English is the primary language used in our hotel.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing, and wash and peel fruits and vegetables.
• Prepare and cook food and set up prep for next day’s service.
• Communicate needs to the Chef during busy periods to ensure optimum service and check temperatures of appliances and food.
• Fulfill special dietary/allergy requests and occasions for guests.
• Report and help correct any imperfections in the kitchen.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth operation.
