Qualifications

• Fluent English required for guest interaction and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing.
• Cook and finish menu items, maintaining prep set-up for the next service day.
• Communicate workload and needs to the Chef during peak periods to ensure smooth service.
• Identify and report any equipment issues or quality concerns to maintain guest satisfaction.
