The Beverly Hills Hotel, a Dorchester Collection property, is seeking a Cook 2 to join our luxury kitchen team. You will prepare ingredients, assist cooks, and maintain a sanitary, organized station to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will work closely with Cook 1 and Sous Chef, ensuring proper portioning, storage, and cleandowns. We offer development opportunities and a rewards program within our iconic hotel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing.
• Washing and peeling fresh fruits and vegetables and cooking food during shift.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen by cleaning stations, tools, knives and equipment.
