Kohler Store at Hajoca Corporation in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Design and Sales Consultant. Pay is $25 per hour and you will provide expert product selection and design services in the showroom and at customer locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing design and sales experience.
• Knowledge of showroom products preferred.
• Experience with luxury, high-end products and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection and design services in showroom and at the customer's location.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Sell and provide in-store and/or in-home design consultations for kitchen and bathrooms.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and referrals.
• Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections and pricing.
• Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, and manage projects from start to finish.
• Follow-up on leads and generate new business.
• Keep showroom neat, stocked, and safely displayed.
