Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Showroom Sales / Design & Sales Consultant for our Peoria, AZ location. You will provide expert product selection and design services to showroom customers both in-store and at the customer’s site, while aiming to exceed sales and gross profit goals and delivering outstanding customer hospitality.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in plumbing design and sales, knowledge of showroom products, and experience with luxury/kitchen & bath design.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.
• Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred.
• Experience working with luxury, high end products and customers.
• Be knowledgeable of kitchen and bath design trends.
• Have experience with architectural blueprints and have a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Effectively use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word) to communicate via email, to maintain customer contact files and appointment calendars, and to create and analyze reports.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and verbal/telephone communications skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to showroom customers in the showroom and at the customer’s location.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer.
• Sell and provide in-store and/or in-home design consultations for kitchen and bathrooms.
• Articulate showroom value proposition to engage customers and move sales forward.
• Determine customer needs, direct them to best products, and overcome hurdles to close the sale.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships, creating referrals and repeat business.
• Develop knowledge of product lines and features.
• Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections, review specs, pricing, and availability.
• Use sales reports and forecasting tools to meet or exceed targets.
• Follow‑up on leads and generate new business.
• Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, and stay engaged from start to finish.
• Process showroom sale returns and refunds per policy.
• Keep showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed.
• Join industry associations and attend events to stay informed about design trends and to build relationships.
• Complete required safety and compliance training; perform other duties as assigned.
