Job summary

Hajoca Corporation’s Facets showroom in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Design & Sales Consultant to provide expert product selection and design services for kitchen and bath projects both in-store and at customers’ locations. You will drive sales, build relationships, and leverage company tools to meet profit goals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in plumbing design and sales, experience with luxury products, and a strong eye for aesthetics and trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in plumbing design and sales.
• Experience with luxury, high-end products and customers.
• Knowledge of kitchen/bath trends and design software.
• Ability to read blueprints and use MS Office for reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection and design services in showroom and at customer locations.
• Meet sales and gross profit goals and assist with profit sharing.
• Sell in-store and in-home kitchen and bathroom design consultations.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and pricing.
• Enter sales orders, bids, and manage end-to-end projects.
• Ensure showroom is clean and well stocked.
• Attend industry events to stay informed on trends.
