Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.
• Knowledge of showroom products preferred.
• Experience with luxury, high-end products and customers.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends.
• Experience with architectural blueprints and aesthetics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) for emails and reports.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell or cross-sell with customers.
• Ability to build vendor relationships and teamwork.
• Read/write/speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection and design services in-showroom and at customers' locations.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals and contribute to profit sharing.
• Sell in-store and in-home design consultations for kitchens and baths.
• Explain showroom value proposition and guide customers to best product choices.
• Follow up on leads and process orders from start to finish.
