Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.

• Experience with luxury, high-end products and customers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Read/write/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to showroom customers in-showroom and at customer locations.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet sales and gross profit goals.
• Sell and provide in-store and/or in-home design consultations for kitchens and bathrooms.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
