Fuse Specialty Appliances and Plumbing in Fort Lauderdale seeks an Account Manager to develop new business and manage key client relationships within luxury appliances and premium plumbing fixtures.

You'll work with builders, interior designers, contractors, and homeowners, coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success from inquiry to completion. This role rewards relationship-building, product knowledge, and a proactive sales approach in a premium brand environment.

Competenze

• Experience in sales, account management, business development, or related customer-facing role.
• Experience in luxury appliances, plumbing fixtures, building materials, construction, or design industry preferred.
• Established relationships with builders, interior designers, contractors, or other industry professionals a plus.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities, manage multiple accounts, and follow through on commitments.
• Willingness to travel locally with a valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing relationships with builders, designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business, strengthen partnerships, and increase sales.
• Promote luxury appliance and plumbing products, identify customer needs, prepare proposals, and develop solutions tailored to each project.
• Regularly engage with clients through calls, emails, meetings, showroom visits, and jobsite visits to maintain strong relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Develop a strong understanding of our appliance and plumbing offerings, including product features, specifications, pricing, and current industry trends.
• Work closely with internal sales support, purchasing, operations, and installation teams to help ensure orders are processed accurately and projects move forward smoothly.
• Track sales opportunities, follow up on quotes and proposals, maintain accurate account information, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Provide timely communication, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure clients receive the level of service expected from a premium brand partner.
• Stay informed about local construction and design activity, competitor offerings, and opportunities to expand Fuse’s customer base.
• Work toward established sales targets and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
