Qualifications

• 3+ years in premium or luxury retail.
• Key Holder or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong styling sensibility and brand awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience reflecting the brand’s understated elegance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful communication and styling.
• Consistently achieve individual and store sales goals through a client-driven approach.
• Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and floor leadership as a Key Holder.
• Partner with management to identify outreach opportunities and clienteling priorities using Endear.
• Maintain store presentation and support daily operations including restocking and transfers.
