Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and motivate staff to achieve sales and productivity targets.
• Develop associates' sales techniques and elevate levels of service to maximize sales.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and growth potential within the company.
• Lead on the sales floor and collaborate with management to identify marketing opportunities.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop events/incentives to grow the local customer base.
