Brilliant Earth in Chicago’s West Loop is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant (Jewelry Stylist) to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. You will guide customers through ring settings and diamond options, creating memorable, personalized service while aiming to meet sales targets.

The role is in-person at our West Loop showroom with weekend availability and a strong emphasis on showroom upkeep and customer care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through purchasing decisions for rings and diamonds, including settings and options.
• Greet, check-in, and assist customers to create a memorable, one-on-one luxury experience.
• Guide customers to purchase, delivering personalized experiences for each guest.
• Manage a high volume of sales leads to meet individual and team goals and revenue targets.
• Respond to online inquiries and assist via live chat and phone while upholding a luxury experience.
