Brilliant Earth in Philadelphia seeks a Retail Sales Assistant (Jewelry Stylist) to help customers choose our luxury jewelry while delivering a personalized, high-touch shopping experience. This full-time, in-person role requires weekend availability and a passion for hospitality and sales.

You will guide customers through decisions, maintain a luxurious showroom, and collaborate with the team to meet revenue targets.

• Manage a high volume of sales leads and inquiries across channels.
• Develop product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.
• Conduct post-sale appointments for pick-ups, exchanges, and resizing.
• Open/close showroom and maintain product security and layout.
• Act as a brand advocate and uphold Brilliant Earth's mission.
