The role requires strong jewelry production knowledge, luxury retail experience, and the ability to coordinate with production and sales teams to meet client deadlines. A high standard of service and a passion for excellence are essential.

• Strong jewelry production and customization background required.
• Solid understanding of operations and inventory management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail.

• Lead and manage jewelry & watch shops across locations.
• Staffing, training, cross-training and resource management.
• Monitor margins and productivity to meet targets.
• Oversee inventory, parts orders and shop counts.
• Coordinate with Shop Production and Sales to meet due dates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Maintain clean, safe shop environment and quality workmanship.
