Reis-Nichols Jewelers, a high-end luxury retailer in the Indianapolis area, seeks a Merchandising Coordinator to support inventory processing, special orders, tagging, appraisals, and related duties.

The role emphasizes accuracy, honesty, and teamwork, with daily tasks coordinated through the Merchandising Director. Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00, with weekends and longer hours during peak times.

Qualifications

• Team orientation with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with efficiency.
• Proficient in common office software and data entry accuracy.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory, record receipts, and attach tags to merchandise.
• Fulfill special orders and prepare items for showroom display.
• Maintain consigned inventory, price items, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Enter purchase orders, monitor status, and communicate delays to leadership.
• Prepare appraisals with gemologist oversight and support vendors as needed.
• Perform physical inventory counts and assist during peak periods.
