Qualifications

• Previous experience in watch polishing or jewelry finishing required.
• Watchmaking or metal refinishing training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Polish and refinish watch cases, bracelets, and clasps to restore finishes.
• Protect the integrity of each piece while removing imperfections.
• Collaborate with Watchmakers and Merchandising Coordinators for proper handling.
• Perform quality controls to maintain craftsmanship standards.
• Replace watch batteries and disassemble/reassemble watch cases.
• Size watch straps and bracelets.
• Maintain a clean workstation and ensure tools are properly maintained.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Exhibit strong eye-hand coordination and effective teamwork.
• Manage time to meet deadlines and focus on small components.
• Sit, focus, and work on small parts for extended periods.
