Exemplar Luxury Group seeks a Jewelry Sales Manager to own the store’s sales experience, coach high-performing teams, and drive clienteling initiatives. You will partner with Style Advisors to deliver exceptional service and maximize client relationships across all channels.

You will oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the selling team, ensuring a seamless, premium client journey while leveraging technology and data to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury jewelry retail preferred
• Ability to coach and develop a selling team
• Strong clienteling and outreach skills

Responsibilities

• Relentlessly deliver memorable client experiences and plan client appointments
• Maximize each appointment and the client’s network
• Inform clients about in-store events to drive engagement
• Identify patterns in client spend to increase wallet share
• Increase new client acquisition through marketing tools and referrals
• Pivot priorities based on business needs
• Coach Style Advisors to use technology and data to grow their business
• Build personal brand as a fashion authority through proactive marketing
• Leverage social media to broaden connections beyond client base
• Use clienteling tools to stay connected and make targeted recommendations
• Deliver 24/7 service through technology
• Stay informed on new merchandise deliveries to maximize selling potential
• Manage special orders and repair process lifecycle
• Fluently operate jewelry inventory systems on the floor
• Record client sales including warranties and COAs
• Provide leadership on the selling floor to resolve client issues
• Maintain a welcoming shopping environment on the floor and in fitting rooms
