Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Las Vegas seeks a results-driven luxury boutique professional to drive High Jewelry sales while building a loyal client network. You will engage clients in person and via written communication, leveraging CRM tools for events and gifting campaigns, and represent the brand at social and in-boutique functions.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, relationship management, and collaboration with the Boutique Director to achieve sales goals and maintain the brand’s premium

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification with relevant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a luxury environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and balance daily business with High Jewelry sales.
• Attend community events, invite clients to in-boutique events, and conduct clienteling activities.
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, communications about novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
• Assist in display setup and maintenance of boutique aesthetics.
• Travel as required.
