Brobston Group is seeking a Sales Associate for its luxury boutique in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional service, including High Jewelry sales, under the Boutique Manager's supervision.

You will develop a loyal client network, participate in clienteling events, oversee CRM accuracy, gifting campaigns, and reporting, and assist with daily display upkeep to maintain the boutique's refined aesthetic. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Seven years of experience preferred, with a bachelor's degree or jewelry certification.
• Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong in-person and written communication skills and a commitment to excellent service.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional service and High Jewelry sales.
• Develop new business through community events, client invitations and clienteling outreach.
• Oversee CRM initiatives, client data accuracy, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
• Assist with daily display setup/breakdown and maintain boutique aesthetics.
• Travel as required.
