Job summary

Richemont Americas is seeking a Boutique Ambassador to represent the Maison in our San Diego boutique. You will drive sales, provide exceptional client experiences, and participate in daily operations to uphold brand standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail or similar settings, strong communication, and the ability to travel for trainings and events as needed. Commission eligibility accompanies base compensation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of luxury retail, service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong product knowledge, especially timepieces.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high boutique standards.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships through CRM initiatives.
• Support daily boutique operations and assist with events and inventories.
