Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and superb service, servicing in-store and digitally. This onsite role reports to the Sales Manager and requires fashion authority both in person and online, located at the Troy, MI location.

You will engage clients with modern tools and Wardrobing strategies, aiming to drive personal sales, conversions, and memorable luxury experiences.

Qualifications

Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
Styling, fashion, and retail experience.
Commission-based sales experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
Showcase products differently for remote vs in-person clients.
Use selling tools and digital store technology to sell across omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
Strategize own business to increase productivity through wardrobing, outreach and technology usage.
Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
