Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role serves clients in-store and digitally, leveraging the latest technology for outreach and selling.

You will discuss fashion and trends with authority, reporting to the Sales Manager. The position emphasizes a customer-centric approach, expert styling, and active engagement across omni-channel tools to drive sales and wardrobing

Qualifications

• Motivated with the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma / equivalency required.
• A flexible work schedule

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
