Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and exceptional service, in-person and digitally. This onsite role reports to the Sales Manager and requires expertise in fashion, wardrobing, and client engagement.

You will use the latest technology to reach clients, achieve personal sales goals, and contribute to a dynamic luxury environment with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
