Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. You will service clients in-store and digitally, speaking about fashion and trends with authority, on-site at the Denver location and reporting to the Sales Manager.

You will align with luxury brand standards, use technology to enhance selling, and drive personal sales, client conversions, and wardrobe consulting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail and luxury customer service.
• Ability to sell using digital tools and omni-channel approaches.
• Strong styling knowledge and brand awareness.
• Commission-based sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
