Neiman Marcus in the United States is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement while serving in-store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Selling Advisor can speak about fashion and trends with authority—both in person and digitally.

This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma / equivalency required.
• A flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
